Clark Transportation drivers receive compensation in excess of the industry average. Drivers are paid:
- all pickups or deliveries
- waiting time after two hours from scheduled appointment/ pickup time
- all border crossings
- bonuses for accident-free operation
- compensation that increases with years of service
- layover pay
- trailer washouts
Scheduling:
We believe off-duty time should be spent at home not on the road. Most drivers work on a schedule that results in 2 to 2.5 days off per week.
